sculpts one-of-a-kind stylized stone animals. Her fine art sculptures are carved from a variety of the highest-quality white and colored marble, limestone, and alabaster. Her work is juried into national and international shows, shown in museums, and is held in private and public collections throughout North America. Ellen lives and works in Loveland, Colorado, a major center for sculpture in the United States.

I have my stone sculptures in several great shows in 2019:
• “A Tree Needs A Bird” is juried into “Looking West: An Exhibition Highlighting Works by American Women Artists” at the Steamboat Art Museum, through September 2, 2019.
• I am delighted to be the 2019 recipient of the Marilyn Newmark Memorial Grant for excellence in animal sculpture, awarded by the National Sculpture Society. My marble horse, “Exuberant” is juried into the 86th Annual Awards Exhibition. This prestigious show runs through October 27, 2019 at Brookgreen Gardens
• My Arctic Fox marble sculpture, “Arctic Wind”, is juried into the 56th Annual Exhibition of the Society of Animal Artists. The show is held at the Briscoe Museum in San Antonio, Texas, from September 19 through December 31, 2019.
